We collect the information you provide when you enquire, book a class, purchase a membership or register a child for Core Kids. This may include your name, contact details, emergency contacts, health or injury information relevant to safe participation, and your child's name and date of birth.

Your information is used to manage bookings and memberships, provide safe instruction, care for children in our crèche, process payments, and send you studio updates and class information. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Our Booking System
Bookings, memberships and payments are managed through Mindbody. Information you enter into the booking platform is handled in accordance with their privacy practices as well as ours.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the studio, such as our booking and payment platforms, or where required by law.
Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Records are retained only for as long as they are needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
